Product Description :
The Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine for Liquids and Pastes is purpose-built for high-viscosity products that challenge standard filling systems. Whether you are packaging tomato ketchup, honey, shampoo, liquid detergent, or yogurt, this machine delivers clean, drip-free filling and hermetic sealing into stand-up pouches with or without spouts.
Specialized Filling System for Viscous Products:
Standard fillers struggle with stringing, dripping, and inconsistent fill volumes when handling pastes. Our machine uses a servo-driven rotary lobe pump combined with a no-drip nozzle. The lobe pump provides gentle handling without shearing product structure, which is important for honey and ketchup. The nozzle features a shut-off valve that closes with a guillotine action, cutting strings of viscous product cleanly. Nozzle height automatically adjusts for different fill levels, rising as the pouch fills.
Accuracy Guarantee:
For liquids with water-like viscosity, accuracy is within plus or minus 0.5 percent of target volume. For pastes such as ketchup and honey, accuracy is within plus or minus 1.0 percent. For thick pastes like peanut butter and mayonnaise, accuracy is within plus or minus 1.5 percent.
Spout Pouch Compatibility:
Spouted stand-up pouches are widely used for baby food, drinkable yogurt, and liquid detergent refills. Our machine can be equipped with a spout centering device that aligns the spout to the filling nozzle. A spout capping station for screw cap or snap cap is available. Cap torque monitoring can also be added. Without the spout option, the machine seals the top of a standard stand-up pouch.
