Labor savings as the primary driver In a typical installation, four manual stackers were replaced by one operator overseeing the line. The manufacturer reports that most buyers see a full return on investment within 12 to 18 months, driven almost entirely by reduced labor costs and lower injury claims related to repetitive lifting.

No floor trenching or structural changes Unlike traditional palletizing systems that require floor trenches for guide rails or conveyors, this modular line sits on top of existing floors. Installation requires standard shop air and 480V power. Changeover between box sizes takes less than 15 minutes, with layer patterns stored in the palletizer’s memory.

Handles cartons, trays, and bags The case packer accepts regular slotted cartons (RSC) and half-slotted trays. The palletizer stores up to 30 layer patterns for different product dimensions. Optional modules include automatic pallet dispensing, layer pad insertion, and label application.
